Quiche au poulet, poivron et chèvre frais

Aujourd'hui je vous propose une délicieuse quiche avec du poulet, du poivron et du fromage de chèvre frais. Elle est assez complète en soi et peut facilement être proposée pour un repas léger, accompagnée d'un peu de salade verte, ou alors en guise d'entrée pour un menu complet.
Elle est très simple à préparer, à la portée de tout le monde. Alors, il ne faut pas s'en priver.
Ingrédients (pour une tarte de 30 cm; 8 portions) :
- 1 pâte feuilletée pur beurre (du commerce pour moi)
- 2 blancs de poulet crus (300 g)
- 1 poivron (jaune pour moi)
- un petit bouquet de persil
- 4 œufs
- 300 g de crème fraîche épaisse ou liquide (épaisse et entière pour moi)
- 200 g de lait (entier pour moi)
- 1 cuillère à café de sel
- 1 cuillère à café de mélange curcuma poivres de mon partenaire Ka
