Gâteau aux prunes

C'est la pleine saison des prunes et, en grand amatrice de gâteaux aux fruits, je ne pouvais pas passer à côté. J'ai choisi une recette qui en contient beaucoup, c'est presque comme une tarte mais avec une base moelleuse de gâteau. C'est vraiment délicieux.
J'ai utilisé des prunes rouges, mais vous pouvez prendre également des quetsches ou des prunes jaunes.
Ingrédients (pour un moule carré de 22 cm) :
- 90 g de beurre mou
- 90 g de sucre
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 3 œufs
- 200 g de farine
- 1 sachet de levure chimique (15 g)
- 1 pincée de bicarbona
