Gâteau au chocolat, noix et poires

Aujourd'hui je vous propose un gâteau bien automnal et réconfortant à souhait. On en a bien besoin pour faire face au temps froid et maussade de ces derniers jours. En tout cas, c'est une bonne excuse :-).
C'est le genre de gâteau qui me fait craquer à tous les coups. Il est délicieux et très moelleux, et les noix vont apporter un peu de croquant. Ce n'est pas un secret, la poire et le chocolat se marient à merveille. Un régal, nous l'avons bien apprécié et dévoré avec gourmandise.
Ingrédients (pour un moule de 22 à 24 cm de diamètre) :
- 2 œufs
- 250 g de sucre
- 125 ml d'huile
- 180 ml de lait
- 1 cuillère à café de vanille
- 280 g de farine
- 50 g de cacao noir en poudre tamisé
- 2 cu
