Dès que j'ai vu ce gâteau, j'ai voulu le tester. Il faut dire qu'il a tout pour me plaire : beaucoup de fruits, des noix, de la cannelle et un contraste de textures, à la fois moelleuse et croquante, que j'aime particulièrement.
Et je n'ai pas été déçue de mon choix. Ce gâteau est bien fruité et parfumé : un vrai délice ! De plus, il n'est pas du tout compliqué à préparer. Je vous recommande d'essayer.
Ingrédients (pour un moule 26*28 cm) :
Biscuit :
- 225 g de beurre mou
- 150 g de sucre
- 3 œufs
- 375 g de farine
- 1 sachet de levure chimique (15 g)
Garniture :
- 800 g de quetsches, poids net sans noyaux
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
- 1.5 cuillère à café de cannelle
Appareil aux noix :
- 3 œufs
- 150 g de sucre
- 180 g de noix hachées
