Fondants au chocolat au coeur coulant - Recette facile

Je me suis rendue compte que je n'ai pas encore publié de recette de fondants au chocolat en format individuel sur mon blog, alors que j'en fais souvent. Je les préfère chauds, mi cuits, avec un cœur bien coulant, tels quels ou accompagnés d'une boule de glace à la vanille. Vu qu'on est en plein hiver, ça sera sans glace cette fois-ci :-). Vous pouvez également les servir avec un peu de crème anglaise, selon vos préférences.
C'est un dessert très facile et rapide à préparer, avec un succès garantit à tous les coups. Il suffit de bien doser le temps de cuisson en fonction du résultat désiré : plus les fondants vont cuire et moins le cœur sera coulant.
Ingrédients (pour 4 fondants de 8 cm de diamètre) :
- 150 g de chocolat noir
- 80 g de beurre doux
