Pancakes à la banane

Aujourd'hui je vous propose une recette que j'ai préparée l'année dernière et qui s'est perdue dans mes brouillons.
Ces pancakes sont parfumés à la banane et sont parfaits pour un goûter ou un petit déjeuner gourmand. De plus, c'est pratique si vous avez des bananes trop mûres à recycler.
Avec ces quantités on obtient beaucoup de pancakes. N'hésitez donc pas à diviser les quantités des ingrédients par 2 selon vos besoins.
Ingrédients (pour 27 pancakes) :
- 500 g de lait
- 2 œufs
- 1 cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
- 45 g de beurre fondu
- 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre blanc (vinaigre de pommes pour moi)
- 3 petites bananes écrasées en purée (260 g net)
- 400 g de farine
- 70 g de
