Greer Hendricks spent over two decades as an editor. Prior to her tenure in book publishing, she worked at Allure magazine and earned her master's in journalism from Columbia University. Her writing has been published in the New York Times and Publishers Weekly. Greer lives in Manhattan with her husband, two children and very needy dog, Rocky. You Are Not Alone is her third novel. Sarah Pekkanen is the internationally and USA Today bestselling author of several novels including Skipping a Beat. A former investigative journalist and feature writer, her work has been published in The Washington Post, USA Today and many others. She is the mother of three sons and lives just outside Washington, D.C. Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen first began working together in 2010 when Greer became Sarah's editor. The two women formed an instant connection, which grew into a close friendship and they now write New York Times bestselling psychological thrillers together

Je tiens à remercier les éditions Macmillan et le site Netgalley de m'avoir permis de lire ce livre.
On connait tous quelqu'un comme Shay Miller, on veux trouver l'amour mais il nous échappe. Shay veux être heureuse mais son travail l'en empêche, elle veux trouver sa voie mais sa vie l'isole totalement.
Quant aux sœurs Moonroe on ne connait personne comme elles. Elles ont un cercle d'amis imbattable. Elles ont tout ce qu'elles veulent dans la vie. Shay voudrait leur vie et les sœurs Moonroe veulent la sienne.
Un livre lu d'une traite tellement j'ai accroché à l'histoire si prenante, captivante, addictive, remplie de suspens et de rebondissemen ts avec des personnages attachants.

We all know someone like Shay Miller, we all want to find love but it eludes us. Shay wants to be happy but her work prevents her from doing so, she wants to find her way but her life totally isolates her.
As for the Moonroe sisters, we don't know anyone like them. They have an unbeatable circle of friends. They have everything they want in life. Shay wants their life and the Moonroe sisters want his.
A book read in one go, so much so that I hooked into the story, so engaging, captivating, addictive, full of suspense and twists and turns with endearing characters.
