À l’extinction des feux, Valentin DEBISE (Kawasaki Twist Ring Racing – Dunlop) met à profit son expérience et s’installe en tête dans le premier virage. Mathieu GINES (Yamaha Tech Solutions – Michelin) emboîte le pas du pilote albigeois mais il laisse progressivement de l’air à DEBISE pour se retrouver sous la menace d’Axel MAURIN (Yamaha CMS – Michelin).

Le paddock observe également Kenny FORAY (BMW Tecmas – Michelin) qui semble avoir un problème puisqu’il occupait le 4ème rang en début de course et rétrograde en 8ème position après 7 tours. Il laisse ainsi Morgan BERCHET (Yamaha – Dunlop) à la poursuite du duo GINES – MAURIN. Après 10 tours, FORAY est contraint de rentrer au stand.
En tête, DEBISE fait cavalier seul et creuse l’écart sur MAURIN, GINES et BERCHET qui font le
