Le cul posé sur sa monture, la chevaleresse avançait à petit trot. Alba doutait. Ce soleil tapant, ces grands pommiers qui ombrageaient son parcours. La nature, le climat avaient bien changé en quelques semaines de voyage. A tel point qu’elle se demandait si elle ne s’était pas trompée de direction. Coco, son beau palefroi au pelage roux, souffla fort. Alba tapota son cou, entortilla une mèche de sa crinière autour de son index, geste rassurant pour l’animal et la cavalière.
