Marco Arseno, brillant réalisateur et auteur est autiste Asperger, il publié son premier roman autobiographique. Marco nest de Montréal au Québec, Canada.
Il a été diagnostiqué du Syndrome d’Asperger très tardivement. Le cinéma a été sa bouée de sauvetage face à l’intimidation et l’anxiété sociale. A l’âge de 12 ans, ses parents lui ont offert un caméscope. Il a filmé sa vie pendant 15 ans et il raconte dans son premier livre, comment il a du apprendre, à un jeune âge, à décoder les expressions faciales au travers des personnages dans les films.
