Tu m'as entendue
Je t'ai écrit un poème,
Pour te dire "je t'aime."
Mais tu ne l'a pas lu.
Je t'ai écrit une chanson,
Parlant de nous, et c'était bon.
Tu chantais faux, tu étais con.
Je t'ai fait des dessins;
Patiemment, un à un.
Tu les a déchirés, puis tu les a brûlés.
Alors, j'ai crié sur les toits
"Je t'aime. Je n'aime que toi."
Et tu m'as entendue.
